We create quantum cascade lasers in the mid-infrared range: 4.5-14 \u00b5m and the terahertz range.<\/p>\n<p>The advantages of QCL lasers include a very wide range of wavelengths, compactness, easy control, ability to smoothly change the emission wavelength over a very wide range of wavelengths using the same materials by adjusting the thickness of the layers in the active area of the laser.<\/p>\n<p>These devices are an excellent light source for mid- and far-infrared applications such as molecular gas analysis and absorption spectroscopy.<\/p>\n<p>Want to learn more about our products?
