It&#8217;s an excellent day! \u2600 That\u2019s why, we invite you to the Photonics Job Fair.<\/p>\n<p>Join Us at the 3rd International Photonics Job Fair at Politechnika Warszawska, the Faculty of Physics<\/p>\n<p>Date: Friday, 24th May<br \/>\nLocation: Warsaw University of Technology, Hall of the Physics Building<\/p>\n<p>For the third consecutive year, the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network &#8211; Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics will be an exhibitor at the International Photonics Job Fair! We are thrilled to welcome undergraduate and graduate students, those who are about to kickstart their careers, as well as experienced photonics professionals. Visit our booth to explore internship, apprenticeship, and scholarship opportunities for students and post-docs.<\/p>\n<p>Our experienced scientists, Ph.D. Anna Koz\u0142owska and Dr. Kamila Le\u015bniewska-Matys from the Smart Materials research group will be there to answer all your questions and get you excited about working in photonics at our institute. Meanwhile Anna and Kamila will tell you about the Lumai project, which objective is to develop new functional materials and a mobile detection method for an innovative document security system. The Infrared Photonics research group will be presented by Dominika Niewczas and Agata Krz\u0105stek. Monika Adamowska and Bartosz Pa\u0142uba will be there as the representatives of the Fiber-Optic and Quantum Technologies and Systems group. <\/p>\n<p>Tatiana Borys, our HR Business Partner and a supervisor of a researchers\u2019 team for this Friday will be in charge of telling you all about the benefits of working in our Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Photonics has a broad array of applications that impact numerous industries: the technologies are crucial in medical imaging, laser-based manufacturing processes, integral to advanced surveillance systems, secure communications, fiber optic communications and photovoltaics.
