Our scientists have just published their research in IEEE Electron Device Letters: High-temperature Thermal Stability of a Graphene Hall Effect Sensor on Defect-engineered 4H-SiC(0001).

Now they are presenting an improved product: a high-stability device to monitor magnetic fields. With its sensitivity thousands of times higher than offered by metallic layers, the optimized graphene-on-SiC sensor makes its way toward fusion reactors. And this very innovation is backed by a publication in IEEE Electron Device Letters.
