…They decided to dive into a talent pool to fish out something great for them. Three of our employees with various competencies – research, project management, and education have taken part in a talent management program – “NEED FOR TEAM TO CREATE WITH PASSION” led by experts from the Queen Hedvig Academy – lecturers who share their experience gained at recognized schools such as IESE Business School and Oxford University. It’s always a good idea to learn from lecturers of this kind, especially as science and business are the two things that we combine at our Institute on a daily basis.

Thanks to a 3 months program, all the participants (60 chosen out of 300) had a chance to develop their management and other specialistic skills needed to realize various projects at our Institute. Case studies, workshops, and lectures focused on risk management, communication, strategy implementation, motivation, leadership, decision-making process analysis, etc.
