The International School on Nuclear Power could not be missed by the Research Group Materials for the Energy Sector. This time, exceptionally, our researchers were there not to share their expertise but to broaden their knowledge. They participated in an international school where they had a chance to listen to experts in the field of nuclear energy.

„The interest in this topic is huge and we are incredulously observing how much the First Nuclear Power Plant Program in Poland has accelerated” – told us the leader of the group – Rafał Zybała, PhD.

An important statement that was shared during the meeting concerned the creation of new solutions in such a way that „no single Watt of energy can be wasted.”

Our researchers praised the sensational speech of Adam Rajewski, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Nuclear.pl Foundation, Poland. It was titled: „From ambitious presentation to synchronization: the road to building a viable power plant.”

“Apart from learning something new, we are also strengthening ties with scientists from the National Center for Nuclear Research, which is the main organizer of the conference. In the near future, we want to start common projects in this currently extremely important area, which is the Energy sector,” summed up Rafał Zybała, PhD.
