Did you know that South Korea is a leading foreign investor in Poland and a key partner for Polish enterprises and research centres? The interest in Poland is largely due to the high competencies of our specialists, uncomplicated access to suppliers, and the operation of many innovation institutions such as Łukasiewicz Research Network.
Last week the Head of Commercialisation and Sales at Łukasiewicz – Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics, Piotr J. Cywiński, participated in the Poland-Korea Business Forum 2022 organized by Polish Trade and Investment Agency as a member of the Polish delegation along with the representatives of Ministry of Economic Development and Technology and Industrial Development Agency.
Our commercialization expert has discussed with the representatives of Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT), KETI(Korea Electronics Technology Institute), and Korean companies participating in the PAiH Forum about possible cooperation in science and technology.
We also explored the option for joint actions on student exchange, good practice in research and IP as well as conducting technological works regarding microelectronics and photonics.
We are looking forward to a successful cooperation with our Korean partners!
