We have grabbed 2 statuettes out of 10 at the State Security Leader contest. It sounds like a big deal! Well, not everyone is aware of the fact that our technologies are key to delivering state security – but since we can talk a lot about it, let’s cut to the chase instead:

The first of the statuettes was awarded to our Institute for development and implementation for experimental production of the entire family of silicon near-infrared photodiodes for special applications

The second one was awarded to Joanna Jankowska-Śliwińska, Ph.D., Eng. and her team for developing a cheap, highly-sensitive test for the SARS-CoV-2 virus which is especially in demand when the number of COVID-19 cases is still alarming.
