At the moment we are taking part in the E-MRS Fall Meeting 2022. The event has attracted many institutions and scientists specializing in materials research. Would you like to see us? Our Institute is waiting for you: between Monday 19th and Wednesday 21st, you will find us at the Warsaw University of Technology, as we have a stand in the exhibition zone where everyone can get to know our projects and see our products. Apart from that, 4 of our scientists are sharing their ideas and works by giving public speeches:

– Paweł Piotr Michałowski, Ph.D.: Secondary ion mass spectrometry quantification of boron distribution in silicon nanowires
– Karolina Piętak: Enhancement of graphene-related and substrate-related Raman modes through dielectric layer deposition
– Jakub Jagiełło: Investigation of graphene on SiC under neutron irradiation by Raman Spectroscopy
– Artur Dobrowolski: Method for layer-resolved Raman mapping of transferred graphene

There are also 2 poster sessions: Karolina Kościewicz: Epitaxy of boron nitride on sapphire, Ewelina Blanka Możdżyńska: Structural and optical properties of BGaN epitaxial layers.
